Hi all As a past member (athlete) of the WMAA and former Membership Sec for many many many years I am still actively involved in the sport through my officiating as a Level 4 Starter Assistant and currently on my "journey" into the world of starting and hoping to gain my Level 1 by the end of the 2020 outdoor season, so you may well see me over the coming months. Fast approaching the next age group 60-64 I still get a least 5 days a week training in but have not competed over my beloved distance of 400m's for the past 5 years but you never no I may well dust of them old spikes.... Will keep you all updated on the training but off to Yoga now. happy training all..
