I’m in first year of M60

My standards are very high but I’m always injured so its not reflected in my limited results this year

My normal training distances so far this season are as follows

Discus 43m

Javelin 39m

Hammer 34m

Shot 9.50m

Long Jump 4.80m

Triple Jump 9.80m

I‘m with Ashford AC as I live in Sandwich

I don‘t compete for them much as they want me to drop down to younger age groups which I don’t want to do

I’ll be looking to doing some local Open events soon to get my performances recognised
