New WMAL Records before the Championships - 1000m M45 and M85 Shot Putt and M85 100m

Congratulations to John Evans on beating his previously held 100m record with a time of 20.16sec AND setting a new M85 SP record of 5.05m.

Congratulations to Adrian Lewis on setting a new WMAL M45 Record in the 1000m.

With the Championships all set for 26th September we hope to see many more records broken.
